Condolence: There could be a book written on how Uncle Bugs was. The stories, his most welcoming smile, his generosity, the love he had for each and everyone especially his family, his kindness, his work ethics, the way he loved to dance with his bride, and so so so much more. If there ever was an angel on earth, it was Bugs. We will all miss this remarkable person and we are so very blessed he came into our lives. May God surround you with peace and strength in these difficult days and know we love you all dearly. Hugs

Condolence From: Hugh Hughes
Condolence: My father, V.E.(Pete) Hughes was his shop foreman at the old Lone Star Gas meter shop in the 1950s when I was a teenager. "Gandy," as he was called, was my favorite of my father's employees--friendly, warm, and a great sense of humor--a great fellow and well-liked down at the shop. It is a testament to him that after 60 years he stands out in my mind as such a fine man. I haven't seen him since my father passed in 1958, and yet I remember him so well and with such great respect. That all of us should live so long, and that all of us should be remembered so fondly. He truly left this world a better place than he found it.
