She was a loving mother and grandmother as family meant the world to her. Gloria was an avid quilter when she was able to and enjoyed working in her garden and flowerbeds. She was also a very active member of her local AARP and was a member of the Lorena Garden Club for many years. Gloria lived in Lorena for over 23 years before moving closer to family.
Gloria is preceded in death by her husband Leland, 1 son David Atteberry as well as 2 brothers K and Vince Jacobs.
Gloria leaves behind to cherish her memory 2 sons Phillip Atteberry of Austin and Rodger Atteberry of Waco and 1 daughter Judy Melendy of Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
